Chris LAWTON,  CPNZ Trust Board Chairman, “CPNZ is committed to it’s strategic plan with our stakeholders and partners to deliver a great service while keeping our Patrollers safe.  Establishing a National training standard entry requirement is seen to be a understandable requirement.  This weekend we also launched the CPNZ Health and Safety Policy.”

Bill Feather, National Council Chairman, “the logistics of bringing trainers from 120 patrols to Wellington for the TtT weekend was huge. National Council members in conjunction with CPNZ staff Dave ROSS and Cathy CAMERON certainly met the challenge ensuring the weekend’s success. Trainers have now, the mandate to introduce the training of Health and Safety and Operational policies with a national consistency, to their patrol members thereby enhancing their effectiveness in partnering with NZ Police for safer communities.
